From Aupark to Ruzinov — Papa Turkish has five addresses in Bratislava and one kitchen philosophy. Vegetables from local organic growers, meat from contracted European slaughterhouses, and pide we bake ourselves every morning. In this article we'll tell you which branch fits your day.
What makes us "papa"
We're not fast food, even if we serve you in a few minutes. Every branch has at least one Turkish chef who prepares kebab the way it's done in Istanbul — marinated the day before, slow-turned over fire, sliced only when you order. We bake our bread in house: pide, Turkish buns and flatbread all come out of our own oven.
Vegetables often take a back seat in restaurants. Not here — tomato, lettuce, pepper and red onion come from Slovak organic farmers, and meat is sourced from audited Austrian and German slaughterhouses.

Our first branch and still our laboratory. We test new dishes here before they make it onto the menu at the other locations. We open an hour earlier on weekends — ideal for families.

Papa Turkish Nivy — the food-market experience

Longest hours of all five branches. The Nivy team specialises in customisation — pick between dürüm, Turkish bun or plate, add falafel, swap vegetables.

Papa Turkish VIVO! — a quick lunch between errands

A family-friendly centre with the most comfortable seating. Popular for lunches after shopping and school.
