Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the relationship between the seller as the seller and the buyer when ordering food and drinks through www.papaturkish.sk.

1. Seller

Email: info@papaturkish.sk · Phone: +421 917 772 432

2. Order and contract formation

The buyer creates an order by selecting items on the website and confirming the order in the checkout form. Before submitting, the buyer reviews the order and accepts these terms.

A contract is formed at the moment the seller confirms the order (confirmation email or SMS).

The order is for pickup at the selected branch at the selected time, or for delivery via a partner platform (Wolt, Bolt Food).

3. Price and payment

Prices listed on the website are final and include VAT. No additional fees are added at pickup.

Payment is made:

  • online by card via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
  • in cash or by card on pickup at the branch

A receipt is issued at pickup. An invoice is available on request.

4. Pickup and delivery

After the order is confirmed, the kitchen prepares it for the chosen time. The pickup code and exact branch location are in the confirmation email and on the order tracking page.

For delivery the partner platform (Wolt or Bolt Food) is responsible for fulfilment under its own terms.

5. Withdrawal and complaints

Given the nature of the goods (perishable food prepared to order), under § 7(6)(e) of Act 102/2014 the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract once fulfilled.

Before pickup the buyer may cancel the order by contacting the branch directly on +421 917 772 432. If the order was paid by card and the kitchen has not started preparation, the full amount is refunded to the original card within 14 days.

Quality complaints must be reported without delay, no later than the day of pickup, by email to info@papaturkish.sk or by phone. Complaints are resolved within 30 days under Act 250/2007 on consumer protection.

6. Alternative dispute resolution

Consumers may first contact the seller for redress. If unsatisfied with the resolution, they may file a proposal for alternative dispute resolution with the Slovak Trade Inspection (https://www.soi.sk) or via the EU online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

7. Final provisions

These terms are effective from the date of publication. The seller may amend them at any time. For orders already placed, the version effective at the time of placement applies.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the Slovak Civil Code, Commercial Code and Act 250/2007.
