Ramadan at Papa Turkish — iftar menu and extended hours
During Ramadan we prepare a special iftar program — soup, bread, date and dessert at one price.
Ramadan is a month of Muslim fasting and community gathering. From dawn to sunset there is no eating, drinking or smoking — and after sunset comes iftar, the meal that breaks the fast.
What is iftar
Iftar traditionally starts with a date and water, the way the Prophet Muhammad did. Then comes a simple soup, bread, a main course and dessert. It's not a feast — it's a ritual.
