Papa Turkish Nivy — Turkish food in the food market
On the 2nd floor of Nivy centre, open daily 9 to 22. Our longest-running branch with unlimited customisation.
Papa Turkish Nivy is our branch at the heart of Bratislava's new food market. We're open daily from 9:00 to 22:00 — the longest hours of all five branches.
Where to find us
Address: Mlynske Nivy 5, 2nd floor Nivy centre, 821 09 Bratislava
Open daily: 09:00–22:00
From the main Mlynske Nivy bus terminal it's a 3-minute walk straight up the escalator.
What makes Nivy different
Longest hours
- Early Sunday brunch — at 9:00 we're the only branch open
- Late dinner — when most competitors have closed
- After a concert — within walking range of Old Town
Order flexibility
The Nivy team is the most experienced at customisation:
- Swap vegetables
- Change breads (dürüm with veal instead of chicken)
- Choose spice level (mild, medium, hot, extra)
- Add falafel to meat
- Order "no bread" keto variants
Food-market atmosphere
Seating is shared, our menu sits next to sushi, pizza and Korean. The upside: if you're with someone who doesn't love Turkish, they grab pho or pad thai, you get kebab, you sit together.
Three dishes Nivy does especially well
Veal dürüm — the bestseller
Nivy sells the most. It's a transit branch — people are moving through, and a dürüm gets eaten on the walk.
Falafel bun — for vegetarians
Crispy falafel balls in a Turkish bun with hummus, tomato and salad. One of the freshest vegetarian options in the food market.
Iskender plate — the weekend choice
Veal slices on tomato sauce with yoghurt — a Bursa classic. On weekends we prepare extra portions.
