Papa Turkish Aupark is our first branch — this is where we started, where we test new recipes, and where the kitchen has the most room to experiment.

Inside Aupark the quickest route is the escalator to the 1st floor food court — our red-orange sign is on your left, about twenty steps from the escalator.
Why Aupark is our flagship
Aupark was the first space we opened. Two things have always happened here:
- Testing — every new dish enters the menu here first
- Training — new chefs spend their first weeks here
That means the food you get at Aupark has passed the toughest quality check — if something doesn't hold up here, it never makes it to Nivy, VIVO!, Retro or Hodiny.
Weekends have a different rhythm
Aupark on Saturday and Sunday is different — families, tourists, people coming back from the water park. So we open at 9:00, an hour earlier than weekdays.
Three dishes to order on your first visit
1. Chicken kebab plate with fries — €7.80
Our classic. Chicken kebab prepared in Turkish marinade, sliced right in front of you, with crispy fries, fresh vegetables and both sauces.
2. Veal kebab in a bun — €5.20
Turkish bun — a thicker bread we bake in the morning — filled with veal. Perfect for a lunch between meetings.
3. Chicken pide — €7.50
Boat-shaped Turkish "pizza" with golden dough, filled with meat, cheese and tomato.
Visit tips
- Lunch 12:30–13:30 — biggest rush. Come before 12:00 or after 14:00.
- Parking — first 60 minutes free; validate your ticket after a €5+ purchase.
- Delivery — Wolt or Bolt Food.
